Seasonal Overnight Oatmeal

This seasonal oatmeal is a nutrient rich dish that is great for any meal or treat.

  • GF free rolled oats

  • 1 very soft Fuyu persimmon

  • Oatly original unsweetened oatmilk— full fat

  • Raw walnuts

  • Hot purified water

  • 1/2 tsp. Daily Sun everyday adaptogen blend

I made these as a variation of overnight oatmeal. Place oats in dish of choice. Cover with room temperature purified water. Let sit overnight.

The next morning, cover oats with bowling water. Add 2 splashes of oat milk and Daily Sun; squeeze persimmon out of rind and onto the oats.

Roughly crumble in the raw walnuts. Stir gently and enjoy!

You may also add hemp seeds for extra protein, or couple pinches of Chinese 5 Spice for a festive holiday pop!
