Anoint Daily-spiked Citrus, Mezcal, and Rose Petal Cocktail

I made this for Ritual Refill’s grand opening party. Get some extra chill happy vibes along with and extra immunity boost from both your Anoint Daily and fresh citrus! The smokiness of Dos Boots’ mezcal, with the subtle earthiness of the adaptogens, sweet and sour citrus, and softness of the rose petals is quite lovely. It was a hit, and we hope you will enjoy as well!

• 3 parts fresh juiced satsumas

• 1 part Dos Boots Mezcal

• squeeze of fresh lime juice

• large ice cubes with dried rose petals

• 3 drops Rose Bitter (optional)

• pinch of Daily Moon or Daily Sun

(To make ice cubes: fill extra large square and and circle silicone ice cube trays with purified water, sprinkle fried rose petals on top, and pop into the fridge overnight.)

Mix together juices, mezcal and rose bitters in a shaker or pitcher.

Pour into a glass over a single large rose petal ice cube. Sprinkle in a pinch of choice Anoint Daily blend. Garnish with a dehydrated Pomelo slice.
